This lady is wearing a layered bob with the ends angled towards the face and flipped out on the ends.  This style is particularly flattering to a lady with a heart shaped face and smaller features because it perfectly frames the face.  To copy this style have your hairdresser cut hair into a bob ending at the tip of your shoulders, cut shorter layers around the sides and bangs ending about the brow line.  To style, simply wash and dry using a round brush to angle the ends of hair upward and the sides of hair towards the face.  Apply hair spray for extra control and finish.
