The lady in this picture is sporting a bombshell hairstyle illuminated by a lovely shade of light brown with strategic blonde and honey colored highlights throughout the hair.  She is wearing hair in a shoulder length blunt cut with a few lighter layers around the neck and shoulders for extra lift.  To style this at home simply wash hair and dry with round brush and a blow-dryer, angle the ends toward the face and paddle brush ends till smooth.  Once hair is dry lightly tease the top and sides and apply light hold spray gel and or volumizer to hold in place.
